Apartments Mirca villa Maruka is a traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century, renovated into a comfortable villa for 6 to 8 persons.
It preserve as much as possible of the existing Dalmatian architectural tradition and its original charm, but at the same time to meet the modern living standards.
Villa Maruka has over 130 m2 of the interior, a forecourt with a swimming pool,
a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place. On
the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also
the exit to the „sular“with a view of the sea and the other
shore of the Brač sea channel.
  
  
PRICELIST 2009:
OCTOBER - APRIL: 215€ per day
MAY: 250€ per day
JUNE: 318€ per day
JULY and AUGUST: 390€ per day
SEMPTEMBER: 318€ per day
Prices are in Euros, per day, for rent of the whole Villa Maruka.
In July and August minimum stay is one week, arrival/departure on Saturdays. Other months we accept all bookings, with arrival/departure any day. Thus for less than 4 days stay (3 nights and less) we charge 30% supplement.
