Villa Brac in Bol is located above the famous Zlatni Rat beach on the island of Brac in Croatia, between Bol and village Murvica. Set amongst the olive and pine trees, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, with amazing views of the Adriatic and Hvar Island. Villa Brac is the perfect house for a large family or group of friends to enjoy a holiday. Sleeping 8 people very comfortably in three air conditioned bedrooms and one gallery with two single beds, with large living-kitchen area and covered south sea view terrace it is ideal place to relax during a day or night. Fully equipped kitchen with BBQ and covered dinning area is on the north side.
In front of the villa is a solar heated infinity swimming pool (8mx4m). Should you wish to go to the beach it is just 200 meter from us.
Prices are in euros and are based on a one week rental. Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season.
Other options are available outside of peak season but there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Once you have confirmed your booking you are required to pay a 25% deposit.
All payments are via bank transfer or Bank Card.
The weeks price includes all utilities, house and pool towels, a weekly linen change and final cleaning.
Additional services such as extra towel and linen changes, daily cleaning and collection from the airport can be arranged upon request and are charged separately.
