The Beach House in Bol is situated above the famous Zlatni Rat beach on the island of Brac, Croatia. Set amongst the olive and pine trees, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, with amazing views of the Adriatic and Hvar Island.
The Beach House is the perfect place for a larger family or group to enjoy a holiday. Sleeping 8 people comfortably in four air conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, there is a large living-kitchen area and reading gallery, leading to a covered south facing terrace, an ideal place to watch the world go by on the sea below.
To the rear of the property is a solar heated swimming pool (8mx5m) and pool house, which contains a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and covered dinning area. Should you wish to drag yourself away from the pool, then it’s a short stroll to the beach where you can catch a taxi boat or land train into town.
Rental prices per one week
1 April - 30 June 10,500€
1 July - 31 August 17.500€
1 September - 31 October 10.500€
Prices are in euros and are based on a one week rental of The Beach House. The minimum stay is 7 nights in high season. Other options are available outside of peak season but there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Once you have confirmed your booking you are required to pay a 30% deposit.
You need to pay the balance no later than 5 weeks before the start of your stay.
Bookings made within 5 weeks of your arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All payments are via bank transfer in Euro.
The weeks price includes all utilities, house and pool towels, a mid week linen change and the end of stay clean.
The pool will be cleaned daily before 7am. Additional services such as extra towel and linen changes, daily cleaning and collection from the airport can be arranged upon request and are charged separately.
